The values the share forms start with can now be chosen. A site that issues many links the same way stops re-selecting the same values every time.
- “Share link defaults” on the settings tab sets the lifetime and the download limit.
- Only the preselection changes: every link can still be issued with different values, and links already issued are untouched.
- WP-CLI keeps its own defaults so scripts stay reproducible.
