Resolving a file to its attachment now takes a single database query instead of up to fifteen.
- It runs on delivery, once per protected image on the page, so the saving is largest exactly where the load is.
- Which attachment a file belongs to is decided exactly as before, including the WebP and AVIF copies an optimizer leaves beside the originals — an ambiguous one still resolves to nothing and stays protected.
