Denied visitors can now be sent to a page of your own instead of the login screen. A bare login form tells someone who has no account nothing about how to get one.
- Point it at a membership or contact page. The file they asked for is passed along as
mf_from, so the page can name what was behind the door. - If the chosen page is unpublished or trashed later, denied visitors fall back to the status code instead of being sent into a 404.
- The access log counts this separately from the login redirect.
