Version 1.44.0

wp medifence status and inspect now accept --format=json, so CI no longer has to parse a human-readable table.

• The full report is printed as one JSON object, including the state of the scheduled checks.
• The exit codes are unchanged — a pipeline that only asks “is the protection working” keeps its one-line answer.
• audit and stray already offered machine-readable listings; their output is untouched.
