The settings screen has moved from the Settings menu to Media → Access Control. This plugin governs files in the media library, so the screen belongs next to what it protects rather than buried in the general settings.
- The menu entry is “Access Control”; the screen title is “Media Access Control – Medifence”.
- The screen itself, every setting, and the required capability (administrators only) are unchanged.
- The “Settings” link on the plugins screen, the “Share link” action in the media library, and the Site Health prompt all point at the new location.
If you bookmarked the old URL (options-general.php?page=medifence), update it to upload.php?page=medifence.
