This release bundles the Japanese translation of the admin interface.
- 91 strings are translated, covering every setting, the notices shown after each action, the live test verdicts, the Site Health report, and the description shown on the plugins screen.
- Technical terms (
.htaccess, mod_rewrite, capability, ETag, and so on) are left as they are; the wording people rely on to make a decision is what gets translated.
No functional changes. On a Japanese WordPress installation, updating is all it takes for the admin screens to appear in Japanese.
